Yoojin Lee-Sedera, N.D., O.M.D.

Driven by her own experience and family history of digestive diseases, Dr. Lee-Sedera endeavors to improve the lives and well-being of her patients using a blend of holistic and natural medicine with evidence-based conventional care. Dr. Lee-Sedera earned her master’s degree in acupuncture and Oriental medicine from Wongu University of Oriental Medicine in Las Vegas, Nevada. She then completed her doctorate in naturopathic medicine at the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon. Dr. Lee-Sedera is a licensed Oriental medical doctor in the state of Nevada and holds naturopathic medicine licenses in Arizona, California, and Oregon. Throughout her career, Dr. Lee-Sedera has seen numerous men and women who were experiencing pain, digestive issues, stress, and other ailments that did not improve with conventional medicine alone. She offers them alternative yet natural solutions tailored to suit their unique needs and meet their long-term goals. Dr. Lee-Sedera welcomes new as well as returning patients to explore the possibilities of holistic and naturopathic care at Las Vegas Integrative Medicine.

Sanje Sedera

CEO/ Co-Founder

Mr. Sanje Sedera is an accomplished entrepreneur born in Sri Lanka. An alumnus of Ananda College in Colombo, he pursued his secondary education in Australia after being awarded the prestigious American Field Service (AFS) scholarship for his academic and sports achievements. He completed his undergraduate studies and an MBA at Idaho State University.

Mr. Sedera moved to Las Vegas over 30 years ago and entered the real estate industry in 1997. He currently serves as the CEO of Zenith Realty Group, a leading real estate company specializing in property management. In 2013, Mr. Sedera and his wife, Dr. Yoojin Lee-Sedera, founded Las Vegas Integrative Medicine, which has grown to become the largest alternative medical facility in Nevada. Over the past year, the primary focus of Las Vegas Integrative Medicine has been treating veterans, becoming the leading provider of acupuncture for veterans in Southern Nevada. Mr. Sedera functions as the CEO of Las Vegas Integrative Medicine. Recognizing his entrepreneurial skills, the Government of Sri Lanka appointed him as their Trade Representative to the USA in 2024 to promote bilateral trade between Sri Lanka and the USA. He also acts as the Deputy Under Secretary of the Global federation Of Sri Lanka Business Council based out of Japan.

In terms of civic duties, Mr. Sedera served as the longest-serving Commissioner of the Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority from 2009 to 2019, the fifth largest housing authority in the United States. He has also been the Board Vice Chair of One APIA Nevada, the largest 501-C4 organization dedicated to advancing the interests of Asian & Pacific Islander Americans in Nevada. Additionally, he served as a board member of the Citizen Review Board and Use of Force Board with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.

Mr. Sedera is the founder and President Emeritus of the Sri Lanka America Chamber of Commerce. An avid cricket player, he founded the Nevada Cricket Association and has served as its president for the past eight years. In the last two years, Mr. Sedera has been an active member of the team representing Nevada in the United States Tennis Association’s annual championship events.

Grace Im, O.M.D.

I am dedicated to comprehensive quality health care by addressing physical, psychological, and emotional conditions of patients. It is important to avoid advancement of a disease by developing preventative measures. I provide each patient with customized treatments based on their needs by understanding the symptoms and its underlying causes. I offer treatments to alleviate pain and promote general health to prevent illness. It is my goal to provide the most effective treatment and compassionate care to help patients achieve optimal health. I have been a Las Vegas resident for 27 years. I am originally from Korea, where I was fortunate to have the exposure of alternative medicine as a child. My passion for this medicine grew further when I discovered the benefits of Acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine during my personal journey through cancer. I strongly believe in integrative medicine approach to wellness. In addition to my commitment to helping my patients, I enjoy reading, listening to podcasts, meditation and playing piano.

Rachel Ong, N.D., O.M.D.

Born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, Dr. Rachel knew her end goal was to somehow contribute to the well-being of her local community. She was an honors graduate of the Academy of Math, Science, and Applied Technologies program at Edward W. Clark High School, but she didn’t know how to apply her interest in math and science until her grandmother became ill with non-Hodgkins lymphoma. This was when Dr. Rachel personally witnessed how limiting conventional medical resources could be for patients with chronic illnesses. When her grandmother passed away about a year later, Dr. Rachel decided to completely leave behind her world of accounting and finance to embrace a new life in the healthcare industry.
Dr. Rachel pursued a medical degree at the Sonoran University of Health Sciences (formerly Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine) in Tempe, Arizona, where she earned her Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine. After graduation, she moved back home to refine her skills in acupuncture and Eastern herbal medicine at Wongu University of Oriental Medicine, where she received her Master of Science in Oriental Medicine. She also became a national board-certified acupuncturist with the designation Diplomate of Oriental Medicine (NCCAOMⓇ) and became a NEXT Level Practitioner of the Neuro Emotional TechniqueⓇ (NETⓇ).
Dr. Rachel works with families to educate and provide various healthcare options that deliver results. She believes in creating a partnership with her patients and encouraging them to take responsibility for promoting their own health, wherever they are in their health journey. She is trained in both primary care and other natural alternative therapies so that each treatment plan can be tailored to each person’s individual needs and lifestyle. Some of the therapies Dr. Rachel incorporates, include nutritional counseling, food allergy testing, botanical medicine, nature cure (aka hydrotherapy), homeopathy, applied kinesiology, and acupuncture.
Dr. Rachel is a native speaker of Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese Chinese.

Alex Kong, O.M.D.

Dr. Alex Kong, OMD has practiced as a Licensed Acupuncturist and Oriental Medicine in Los Angeles, California since 2008 focusing on Pain and Stress Control. His journey of Oriental Medicine study started in Korea and graduated from Dongguk University Los Angeles Graduate School of Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine, and he is a Doctor of Oriental Medicine. His goal as an OMD is improving patients’ balanced life from imbalance.

Kirsten Larsen, MOT, OTR/L

Kirsten Larsen, MOT, OTR/L, is the founder of Peace of Wellness, a mindset coaching business that works with individuals and companies to support their mental health; interpersonal skills; and personal and professional performance.

An adventurer at heart, she’s made several cross-country moves, leaving her childhood home in Nebraska for Kansas City, Baltimore, Seattle and now Las Vegas. She pursued her passion for helping people improve their overall mental and physical wellness in getting her Master of Occupational Therapy in 2010. She worked in inpatient psychiatry, a setting she loved, and put to great use her compassion and empathy for people of many different cultures and backgrounds. Kirsten loves to learn and enjoys new challenges, so her detour into commercial real estate taught her innumerable lessons about entrepreneurship, persistence, and grit.

Kirsten loves to meet new people and create community by connecting those around her. In her free time, she loves to travel to new cities and countries to experience different cultures and the array of food. She enjoys spending time with loved ones and everyone’s kids, as friends call her the “baby whisperer.” Kirsten loves playing games, trying new activities (like archery), and has rediscovered a love for pickleball.”
